Our Journey

At Little Willows, our story is rooted in the belief that the earliest years of a child’s life are a precious time of exploration, growth, and boundless curiosity. As the sister company of The Willows, we share the same passion for creating nurturing, supportive environments where every child can flourish, from as young as 6 months to 4 years and 11 months.

Our journey began with a dream: to establish a safe, warm, and engaging space where the youngest members of our community could embark on their first adventures in learning and discovery. Recognising the importance of these formative years, we designed Little Willows as a place where children’s natural curiosity is celebrated, and their individuality is cherished.

From day one, we’ve embraced a holistic and child-led approach. Inspired by principles of PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) and the joy of learning through play, we create opportunities for every child to explore the world around them at their own pace. By blending sensory-rich experiences, nature-inspired activities, and meaningful relationships, we help children build strong foundations for emotional and cognitive development.

 

At Little Willows, we understand the profound impact of the early years on a child’s lifelong journey. That’s why we foster environments filled with warmth, laughter, and a deep respect for the unique potential within every child. Whether they’re giggling through messy play, chasing butterflies in the garden, or finding wonder in the smallest details, our goal is to spark a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.
